1. Diversity Nexus is a certified minority-owned business. All Clients can recognize tier 1 diversity spend credit for all monies paid directly to Diversity Nexus.

2. Currently, each supplier participating in the Diversity Nexus Partner Community is also a certified diversity company. This allows clients, the option to claim both Tier 1 & 2 spend credit for all services managed by their MSP, but paid directly to Diversity Nexus if engaged to also provide staffing services to the MSP.

3. Diversity Nexus can track all diversity spends with our diversity partners and provide complete real-time spend data.

4. If a Client wishes to claim Tier 1 spend credit with diverse firms, as well as Tier 1 spend credit with Small Businesses, Diversity Nexus can accomplish this as well. This option requires the establishment of an escrow account, allowing Client to pay each small diversity company directly.
